A mandatory equipment check will be made before the distribution of race bib.
MANDATORY SUPPLIES TO BE CARRIED
0.5 liters minimum of reserve water
A personal water container, at least 15cl capacity (includes water bottles)
Waterproof jacket for bad weather,
Cell Phone (add the emergency numbers of the Organization, don’t block your number and start with a fully charged battery)
RECOMMENDED SUPPLIES TO BE CARRIED
Cap or bandana,
Warm clothes are essential in case of cold,
Gloves
OPTIONAL SUPPLIES (non-exhaustive list)
Spare pair of socks,
Change of clothing (t-shirt), petroleum jelly or anti-friction cream,
Elastic bandage (min 80cm x 3 cm) and general first aid supplies.
